Brad Thornton
VP Managing Director
A seasoned advertising executive with decades of experience, Brad has worked at some of the leading agencies in the U.S. (including Ogilvy, Tequila TBWA, and DDB). He’s produced and been the driving force behind award winning campaigns executed in every media imaginable. His client list includes the U.S. Army, Compaq, World Wildlife Federation, Canon, O2, Skoda, Dell, Persil and Theakston. Described by a lifelong friend as “driven”, Brad is enjoying working with the fresh-thinking team at Levels Media.

Lewis Jordan
VP Creative Svcs
Responsible for Levels Media’s creative and branding strategies, Lewis has over 20 years of industry experience. He has created visual identities for Universal Studios, Virgin, which garnered the Design Week and DBA awards). His audio-visual creations include work for Mercedes-Benz, Dell, Apple events and Bertelsmann. Lewis art directed the event branding for several major music projects. Additionally Lewis has worked on several projects for international clients.

Paul Lacaenis
EVP Marketing
Before joining Levels Media, Paul was instrumental in the phenomenally successful launch of one of the campaigns for Xbox. Prior to that, his Advertising.com clients included Microsoft, MasterCard, L'Oreal and Saab. Paul started his advertising career as a print specialist and communications planner for Sengent. His passion for digital media led to his appointment in Sengent’s online development department, where his work for clients AT&T, BMW and Polycom and capitalized on the innovative opportunities being developed in the electronic environment.

Phill Newton
VP Business Development
A degree in Philosophy, Politics and Ethics and a MBA from Cambridge led to a diverse initial career for Phil in recruitment, training and consultancy. By the mid-1990s Phil was running his own software house, which he owned until earlier this year. Phil was instrumental in securing financing and setting up management teams for early-stage tech companies during the height of the first dot com boom. An accomplished traveler, Phil took a sabbatical from the world of technology to live his dream of flying aerobatic aircrafts. Phil’s past clients include AOL, GE, Lycos, Sony and IPC.
